Dale Christensen

General Manager

Dale Christensen joined the family business in 1980, following the completion of his Motor Mechanic Apprenticeship. With over 40 years of extensive experience across all aspects of construction, Dale brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He holds a Builders Licence, Site Supervisor Licence, and various certifications for operating a broad range of plant equipment, as well as overseeing the removal of Asbestos Bonded Materials.

Dale thrives on the challenges and responsibilities of meeting and exceeding service expectations. Outside of work, he balances his time between his family and enjoying rides on his cherished Harley Davidson.

Angela Engelbrecht

Administration Manager

Since joining Christensen Industries in July 2009, Angela has brought over 20 years of administrative support experience to our team. Renowned for her unwavering dedication and exceptional organisational skills, she is the go-to person for resolving any issues and consistently exceeds expectations.

Angela holds a Diploma in Management and has recently completed her Bachelor of Accounting with a major in Financial Planning. Despite her demanding role, she always places her family as a top priority. Angela enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, exploring the outdoors, taking her grandchildren to the beach, and pursuing her passion for caravanning.

Jason Tulk

Construction Manager

Christensen Industries welcomed Jason in mid-2019. With over 20 years of experience and a low-rise builders licence, Jason brings substantial expertise to our team. Known for his ability to maintain a professional environment while always making everyone laugh, he adds a vibrant energy to the workplace.

In his free time, Jason enjoys spending quality moments with his wife and their two young boys, eagerly planning their next camping and surfing adventure.

Peter Otto

Senior Estimator

Peter has been a valued member of Christensen Industries since 2015, bringing over 25 years of industry experience. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous major projects, gaining extensive insights into the field.

As our Senior Estimator, Peter works from dawn till dusk, managing estimating and procurement tasks for the business. His positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and strong work ethic make him an indispensable part of our team.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys walking his two dogs and spending quality time with his family.

Emma Whittaker

Administration Officer

Emma studied interior design in Brisbane and gained valuable experience with an award-winning architectural firm before joining Christensen Industries in 2017. Her early exposure to the building industry through her father’s work sparked a profound passion for architecture, motivating her to constantly seek innovative ways to enhance and optimize spaces.

In addition to her design career, Emma has managed cafés in Brisbane, refining her organizational skills. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her young family and their sausage dog, and offering relief support as a teacher’s aide. She also has a strong passion for water skiing and netball.

Demi Giovannoni

Workplace Health and Safety Officer

Demi joined Christensen Industries in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, majoring in International Management. She has since earned a Cert IV and Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety. Known for her exceptional organisational skills and professionalism, Demi manages all meetings, toolbox talks, staff bonding events, and the annual Christmas party, ensuring that workplace health and safety standards are rigorously maintained.

Outside of work, Demi leads an active lifestyle, enjoying surfing and soccer. She is also an active member of the Waves Soccer Committee.
