After completing his Motor Mechanic Apprenticeship, Dale joined the family company back in 1980.
With some 38 years of experience at all levels of construction, Dale is a Licensed Builder, and also holds a Site Supervisor License, together with licenses for operating a wide range of plant equipment and is a Supervisor for the removal of Asbestos Bonded Materials. Dale is now one of our Construction Managers.
Dale has built up an excellent rapport with our major commercial clients including Coles Myer, Stockland Group and major Insurance companies. Dale enjoys the challenges and responsibility of meeting the service expectations they place before him. On weekends he splits his time between his children and grandchildren and riding his beloved Harley Davidson.
After joining Christensen Industries in the mid 1990’s Tony has undertaken a wide range of roles within the Company gaining a broad depth of experience, culminating in his current position as Construction & Projects Manager.
Tony is a Licensed Builder, and also holds a Site Supervisor License, together with licenses for operating a wide range of plant equipment and is a Supervisor for the removal of Asbestos Bonded Materials.
Primarily responsible for our Commercial Construction operations, his recent experience includes High Rise Apartment Buildings, Commercial Offices, Large Warehouses and Food Processing Plants. His wide range of experience allows Tony to use his unique problem solving skills to bring these bespoke developments to a successful outcome.
His drive and commitment carry on to his roles outside of working hours, including as Vice President of the Across the Waves Sports Club. On weekends he slows down with his enjoyment of fishing.
Peter has been with Christensen Industries since 2015, bringing with him over 25 years’ industry experience. In this time Peter has seen through over 10 major projects.
As our Commercial Estimator, Peter is responsible for estimating and procurement for the business. His positive attitude, attention to detail and work ethic make him an essential member of the Christensen Industries team.
Outside of working hours Peter enjoys time with his family and utilising his 4x4. He also has a passion for collection automotive memorabilia.
Amanda started as the only office staff of the Christensen Industries back in 1993 and has grown with the company which now sees her as our Administration Manager.
Her role oversees all administration operations, including accounts receivable and payable. Having now spent more than 20 years' in the industry, Amanda has helped form the success and reputation of the company that it upholds today.
Amanda has completed a Diploma of Management, and is certified for Management Systems Auditing. When she is not working Amanda enjoys being active and spending time with her family and their miniature dachshunds.
Angela has been with Christensen Industries since July 2009. She brings over 20 years’ of experience in the Administrative Support field.
Always looking for a challenge she is hardworking, organised and always willing to take on tasks above and beyond her role.
Angela has completed a Diploma in Management and is currently studying a Bachelor of Accounting.
When not in the office, Angela enjoys spending her time with her family, being outdoors and taking her dogs to the beach.
Andrew joined the Christensen Industries team straight from his move out of New Zealand to Australia in early 2004 working out in the field as a carpenter. He has 37 years’ of experience within the industry. Andrew has worked his way out of the sun and into the office and is now one of our estimators within the insurance and maintenance department. Andrew liaises with all of the clients, keeping them informed of their jobs process. Some qualifications Andrew possess are building and cabinet making certificates and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
Andrew is an extremely genuine person who always conducts his business with a positive attitude. In common with the rest of the Christensen Industries team, he enjoys relaxing with his wife and two children. Some hobbies Andrew enjoys are boating, camping and he also has some what of a green thumb in the garden.
Michelle is one of our young, fresh new faces. She started with Christensen Industries in 2017, and is developing her skills in administration and accounting.
Michelle works part-time and provides administrative support for the accounts department and is currently studying part time CQ University.
Emma has recently rejoined the construction industry.
Her past experiences include working with one of Queensland's Award winning architects as their junior interior designer, and brings these skills with her to our team.
Emma has recently bought her first home and is putting her skills and experience to good stead. She also loves to spend her spare time with her beloved miniature dachshund, Tom Ford.
Christensen Industries welcomed Jason during the middle of 2019. Jason is one of our estimators and has over 20 years of experience under his belt. He holds a low rise builders licence and an open site supervisors licence.
Regardless of the stressful workload a day can bring Jason always manages to keep everyone in the office laughing, while maintaining a professional working environment during business hours. Off the clock Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young boys while planning their next camping and/or surfing adventure.
